Graduated from a Hotel School and worked in the luxury hotel market, an entrepreneur, married and mother of three children born in 2004, 2007 and 2008, my first yoga experience was during the preparation for the birth of my son Constantin. I am very happy with this choice. 4 years later, I started practising yoga six months after the birth of my third child.I was looking for a physical activity that I could practice at home with my children, but anything other than fitness that no longer interested me. At the beginning only the physical aspect interested me, the spiritual aspect was later.I practiced alone at home with DVDs (Rainbeau Mars, Rodney Yee) and very quickly an interest for more was important to me and also to have my questions answered … Supported by my husband and my children, I tried different types of yoga and then found Iyengar yoga with Wilfrid Schilch.I knew from my first session that Iyengar yoga was the style that interested me. I worked on my personal practice and then was accepted to start the teachers training that requires time and dedication to become an accredited instructor of Iyengar yoga.
I am a teacher certified by the RIMYI Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute, Pune, India.Yoga was at that time an important part of my life, now my children have also started. It has now become a way of life!I thank my family: my husband and my children but also my mum for her support (1950-2014). I also need to thank all who attend my classes, as without them, I would not be able to get a deeper understanding of the practice of yoga.
As of 2013 a member of the Swiss Iyengar Yoga association.
As a student, the Iyengar Yoga Certification Mark is your guarantee of a yoga experience which is safe, suitable for individual physical conditions, and beneficial for both body and mind.
